How and when your order reaches you, and what it costs.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched on business days. An order confirmed late in the day or over a weekend goes out on the next business day.
- Turkey: around 2 business days after dispatch.
- International: typically 4-7 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Shipping cost
Because we confirm every order over WhatsApp, we quote you the exact shipping cost for your address before the order is finalised. You will never be charged a shipping fee you have not seen and agreed to first.
Orders above the free shipping threshold shown in the announcement bar ship free to eligible destinations.
Customs and import duty
International orders may attract customs duty or import VAT in the destination country. Those charges are set by your government, not by us, and they are the recipient's responsibility. We declare shipments accurately - we will not under-declare the value of a parcel.
Tracking
We send you the tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If tracking has not updated for several days, message us and we will chase it.
