What can be returned, within what period, and how.
The 14-day window
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp first so we can give you the return address and log the return against your order.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, opened supplements and cosmetics cannot be returned. This is standard for products of this kind and it applies to shampoo, foam, cream, serum vials and vitamin bottles once the seal is broken.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
This is on us, not on you, and the 14-day rule does not restrict it. If a product arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if something is missing from a set, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it or refund it. Please keep the packaging until the matter is settled - the carrier sometimes asks for it.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked a returned item, the refund is issued by the same method you paid with. Return shipping is at your cost for a change of mind, and at ours when the fault was ours.
