Are the products authentic?
Yes. We are an authorised distributor and every product ships sealed in its original Demir Pharma packaging, exactly as it leaves the manufacturer. If anything about a delivery looks wrong, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will sort it out.
When can I start using the products after a transplant?
Follow the schedule your clinic gave you - it takes priority over anything on this page. As a general guide, the manufacturer suggests starting the hair vitamin around 15 days after the operation, and the foam wash kit is designed for the earliest washes. Do not use a derma roller on a recently transplanted or irritated scalp without your doctor's approval.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery inside Turkey usually takes about 2 business days, and international orders typically arrive in 4-7 business days depending on the destination and customs. We confirm the exact shipping cost with you on WhatsApp before the order is finalised.
How do I pay?
Orders are arranged over WhatsApp. You build your cart here, send it to us with one tap, and we confirm availability, shipping cost and payment method with you directly. We never ask for card details in a chat message.
Which set should I choose?
The 3-month set is the usual starting point and covers the first phase after a transplant. The 6-month set covers roughly a full hair growth cycle, which is why most clinics recommend it. The Meso versions add serum vials and a derma roller for a more intensive routine. If you are unsure, message us with your situation and we will tell you honestly which one fits.
Are the products suitable for both men and women?
Yes. The shampoo, vitamin, foam and creams are formulated for men and women and for all hair types.
How long before I see a difference?
Hair grows slowly, so nothing meaningful shows up in a few weeks. Most people compare monthly photos taken in the same light and start noticing changes somewhere in months three to four. Consistency matters far more than intensity.
Are there any side effects?
These are cosmetics and food supplements, not medicines. Follow the dosage on the pack, avoid contact with the eyes, and stop use if irritation appears. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking regular medication or have a health condition, speak to a healthcare professional before starting.
Can I return an order?
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened supplements and cosmetics cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect - in that case send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it.
